Rest assured that all deliveries sent out from TheHerbalCoast are vacuum sealed to have no smell and have no markings on the outside that reveal the contents of the package.
Keep in mind that within Canada, there are over 300 dispensaries, all of which are NOT operating under the federally-approved medical marijuana system. These dispensaries have been allowed by City Hall and the VPD to proliferate so that people can safely access medicine; so long as there are no sales to minors or any affiliations to gangs.
There are over 40 mail order marijuana sites running in Vancouver, some of which have been shipping weed in the mail since the 90’s. To date, no-one has ever been charged with receiving pot in the mail.
All that being said, please understand that there is still a risk on both ends as we are working without any federal approval which is forecasted to be finalized mid-2018.

We just don’t stop there. We purge any data stored on our network and transfer it to our backup servers every week. We do this in the event of a security compromise to ensure your info will not be accessible. Your data is actually safer with us than your local dispensary!
- Locate the products you are interested in ordering from our shop.
- Click on the desired product(s), choose your quantity then click “Add to Cart”.
- Every time you add a product to your shopping cart, your item(s) will be in your cart. You can continue picking your items until you are satisfied.
- Once you have all your products in your shopping cart, and you’re ready to Checkout, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button and you will be redirected to the Checkout Page.
- At the Checkout page, you will need to log in with your email address and password. If this is your first time registering with us, you will need to provide your email, choose a password and an account will be set up for you.
- Once you’ve logged in, you will need to confirm your shipping information (name, address, email, contact number, order notes).
- Next, come back to the ‘Check Out’ page, to confirm your address, and click on “I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions “
- Next, click ‘Place Order’, you will be redirected to an order confirmation page where you will see your order number and instructions on sending an Interac E-transfer. Orders only ship after E-transfer has been received.
- Once your payment has been collected and your ID has been confirmed, your order will be processed and will ship within 1 business day. We will email your Xpresspost tracking number as soon as available.
Congrats, you have now placed your order!
Place an entirely new order for the items you want. Then follow the payment instructions to complete your new order.
Then Email firstname.lastname@example.org and request that we cancel your OLD order.

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to the order as it is already in the order fulfilment department or already out for shipment
If your order status is ‘Pending Payment’:
Cancel your pending payment. Place a new order for the items you want, and re-submit payment according to your new payment instructions.

That’s it! It’s important you input your order number in both Password and Notes, otherwise, it’s hard for us to know who the e-transfer belong to.
If you use online banking with a Canadian bank/credit union, then sending an Interac E-transfer takes just a couple of minutes.
To send an Interac e-Transfer, all you need is an email address, online access to your bank account at a participating financial institution and the email address or mobile phone number of the person that you are sending money to.
First time? Google is a great tool and if you search “your bank name” + Interac E-transfer in Google.ca, you should easily find instructions on how to send a transfer from your financial institution.

Once payment is received, your order will ship within 1 business day (same day if payment received before 3 pm EST Mon-Fri, excluding holidays). From our experience, generally speaking, to major cities in Canada it is usually 1-2 business days (but we have often seen it as fast as next day). Again though, please refer to the Canada Post link for guaranteed times.

- The postal worker put it in the wrong mailbox, or
- What often happens is that a postal worker will scan in all the packages saying they were “successfully delivered” then spend that day and/or the next day delivering it.
If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected delivery date, let us know and we will file a trace with the post office. Canada Post will file an investigation which can take 5 business days to complete. If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you will receive it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a one-time replacement free of charge. To be eligible for the one-time free replacement package, you MUST click the “signature required” box during checkout.
