If for some reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your purchase and we will do our utmost best to correct the issue.
Unsatisfactory products will be dealt with product exchange or FULL CREDIT REFUND to your account after the return of the unused item(s). We’ll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error. DO NOT return items without contacting us first at email@example.com to get return merchandise authorization.
Once your return is received and inspected by our staff (usually within 24 hours of receipt), we will process your credit refund or exchange. Shipping times are guaranteed by Canada Post’s Xpresspost so we can not be held responsible for late deliveries because of postal delays.
Disposable Vape Pen Policy
Due to the consumable nature and limited life expectancy of disposable vape pens, we offer a dead on arrival (DOA) warranty, if they do not work out of the box we will replace them free of charge. You must report this within 48 hours of receiving your item. You will be asked to return all defective units with their original packaging and all initially included components to process your claim.
